Getting to Houston and Rice Campus
The Rice University campus is in southwest central Houston at 6100 Main Street. Hobby Airport is the closest airport to the university (about a 30-minute drive in favorable traffic conditions). George Bush Intercontinental Airport, which is much larger, is generally under an hour's drive away; the drive can be as short as 30 minutes, but take longer than an hour in peak traffic times.
